Curated Property Collective was born from a passion to elevate the short-term rental industry through professional expertise, practical knowledge, and genuine care for property owners and guests alike.
At the heart of the Collective is Rachel Allan — a dedicated property investor, business coach, author, and consultant who brings a wealth of experience and insight.
Rachel’s background combines hands-on property investment with deep business acumen. She is a graduate of the Three Birds Renovation and Styling School, reflecting her keen eye for design and guest appeal. She recently completed the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and is currently advancing her knowledge with a Diploma of Property (Agency Management) and an Introduction to Buyers Agent course.
Since 2019, Rachel has been co-founder of Flairbnb Property Management, a company known for its commitment to exceptional short-term rental experiences and professional property management.
